Candidate Assessments

The research strategy for identifying potential candidates is tailored to the unique needs of each client. The objective is to select individuals who will fit with both the client's goals, values, and objectives, and also who will exhibit that they can manage an enterprise or functional area through the complexity of the changing times. The expectation is that candidates are not looking for positions, do not necessarily have current resumes, are succeeding where they are, and would need to be sold on the idea of leaving their present situation as well as on coming to the client's.

The time to complete the Candidate Identification Strategy is usually not greater than four weeks.
